I really love Dr. Koss. I have been with her for over 8 years, since the beginning of my 2nd pregnancy (I came from another practice in the same area after a bad experience during my 1st pregnancy). When I was checking in for my 1st appt at CWC, the receptionists were trying to figure out which dr to put me with. Dr. Koss said “I’ll take her” from behind me in the hallway & I’m so glad she did because it has been nothing but a wonderful experience being her patient :) She never makes me feel rushed, she makes me feel like she has plenty of time to talk to me & answer any questions. The practice overall is also wonderful, everybody is very friendly, polite, helpful, & everything is EXTREMELY clean. As I sat in the exam room at my most recent appt waiting a few min for Dr. Koss to come in, I took a good look around & EVERYTHING was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, even in places where you might normally expect to see dust. Super impressed. Love this place & these people!!! :) Keep up the amazing work!
