The overall office is very clean and presentable. Dr. Warren is informative and patient with answering questions. I’m always at ease. My only issue is on the financial end. I understand taking payments at the start of the appointment however when there is proof that a payment isn’t required (services covered 100%, change in care, etc) I’m still required to pay in order to see the doctor, knowing this will end up in a refund.
