I have been going here for well over 4+ years for my normal pap smears. Which were all good and dandy. Now comes the part where I am pregnant, and I feel my level of care has dimished.
The ultrasound techs & nurses have been kind, so my frustration doesn't align with them. Rather my own OB, Dr. Snook. While she can be kind, my appointments always felt rushed. I'm currently 13w+ pregnant, & I have yet to even see her.
When I checked in this morning and paid my co-pays, I was sure to advise that it was for my 2 appointments, which they confirmed and I went to sit down.
Today was my NIPT results which she was suppose to provide, as well as my NIPT ultrasound that her coordinators scheduled me for at their best time, not my request. That just happened to happen at 9:30, while my appointment with Dr. Snook was suppose to be at 10:30. After my ultrasound, I checked "out" at the desk and made sure to also state that I had my appointment at 10:30, which she acknowledged and told me to take a seat. Around 11 am after sitting there, I asked the front desk if Dr. Snook was running behind, in which I was told yes but it shouldn't be much longer. After another 40 minutes at 11:40 I went up to the desk to share my concerns as I had to be back at work by 1pm. The receptionist asked for my name and then said after that they marked me as a no-show. After not just one check in, but TWO. She runs to the back and then returns a few minutes later asking me if I had peed in a cup, which I stated no, I was just told to take a seat and wait for my name to be called. She handed me the supplies, which I completed and took a seat. After a few minutes I get called back with a nurse and once we enter the room, I was told that Dr. Snook wasn't in today, but I would be seeing Dr. Dasha. Now she was kind and apologized, but I was frustrated that I had sat there well over an hour being told I was seeing MY doctor, to then be told I was seeing another doctor. Had I been properly informed ahead of time, I wouldn't have minded the change as things happen. No one decided to make me aware that my doctor didn't show up for my appointment, but rather blindside me last minute. By the time I have my next set of appointments, I will be 1/2 through this pregnancy.
The billing department isn't much help either with any type of assistance towards their Global Billing you are forced into either. They offer no programs, no smaller payment plans or anything.
Honestly, pregnancy is supposed to be exciting and your doctor is suppose to be your biggest supporter and not make your stress skyrocket, but I don't feel like I have had any support outside of the first appointment with Dr. Hassan. (Who was great)
I am seriously considering moving to another OBGYN clinic as this has not been my first time with scheduling appointments with Dr. Snook, only to be rescheduled. I will be mulling it over the next few days.

I have been a patient there for years, however recently I’ve been on disability and my insurance changed to Medicare advantage. I could not get one billing specialist to call me back in two months time, I even went down there in person and was promised someone would reach out to me same day and no one ever did. It just goes to show you that I’m treated like trash now they didn’t even bother to give me a cash pay option or how much it would be. I would never ever recommend this practice, disability doesn’t mean poor it means very very sick, and I specifically needed care, I would’ve paid cash, no one even bothered!

I absolutely adore Dr. Elbadri. She has phenomenal bedside manner, she speaks to you with empathy and care, and she takes a genuine interest in each of her patients. I don't usually feel so strongly about my doctors but she sets the bar high. When it comes to women's care and pregnancy there is no better doctor than Dr. Elbadri.

I’m very grateful for Dr. Silva’s care for me during two miscarriages. Her compassion, hope, and honesty have been delivered with such empathy for our losses and physical/emotional pain. She saw me quickly for the first (natural) miscarriage and pain management, and she was able to get me quickly scheduled and took great detailed care of me for a D&C for our second most recent loss. I appreciate she doesn’t give “fake toxic positivity” platitudes, while still giving us hope for a future living child.
One note: It would be helpful for the staff to check on medical notes before speaking with the patients so they know if the patient received sad news after an appointment or follow-up after an emotional procedure.

I have a bit of trauma from previous doctors and Dr. Dacha has always been understanding, patient, and attentive. I no longer dread these appointments because of how safe and cared for I feel!

This was my first time meeting Dr.Hassan, but I truly felt like I’ve been her patient forever! She made me feel so comfortable, she has such a cool vibe I just felt like I was talking to a friend. My husband felt the same way. Highly recommend!

I had a disappointing and frustrating experience at Contemporary Women’s Care. I arrived for a scheduled appointment, completed check‑in, paid the out‑of‑pocket fee, and went through the full medical history intake. Only after all of this was I informed that I had been incorrectly scheduled for a wellness visit instead of a symptom‑related evaluation, and the physician on call was not available to see me. No medical service was provided.
When I asked to speak with the office manager to request a refund and understand next steps, I was told the administrator was “busy with something else,” and no one made any effort to help resolve the issue. I left without care, without a refund, and without any clear plan for follow‑up.
What made the experience especially disappointing was the complete absence of courtesy or patient‑centered care once the clinic’s own scheduling error became apparent. The staff were polite during check‑in and payment, but when a problem arose, the tone shifted immediately. Instead of accountability or support, I encountered dismissiveness and a lack of basic professionalism. Patients should not be left to deal with operational mistakes alone, nor should they be treated as an inconvenience when asking for clarification or a refund for a service that was never provided.
This review reflects my experience with the clinic’s scheduling accuracy, communication, and responsiveness to issues that directly impact patient care.

Dr Elbadri is an absolute hero to have someone be so incredibly caring and understanding and the best doctor in the world all while looking like a Disney Princess. I would never go to anyone else Dr Elbadri and her care and concern has saved my life not once but twice. I recommend anyone I know to her including my daughter who had a fear of going to gynecologist. She said you were right mom she is the best. I love you Dr Elbadri
